AdandSell Pty. Ltd Network information will not be shared with third parties

reserves the right to terminate, with or without notice, the accounts of AdandSell
users who violate this Agreement. In such case, you will not be entitled to
any refund of your Fee advertising or of any additional fees you may have paid
for upgraded services (subject to applicable law).
Some of the Examples of objectionable Conduct and Content that violate the AdandSell
acceptable use policy are:
- AdandSell User harassing, threatening, or embarrassing another User or any
Internet User. It includes unsolicited commercial communications.
- AdandSell User stalking another AdandSell User or Internet user ("cyberstalking")
- AdandSell User Transmitting, storing or facilitating distribution of product
and content that is harmful, abusive, violent, racially or ethnically offensive,
lewd, vulgar or (in a reasonable person's view) objectionable.
- AdandSell User if you are an adult, requesting personal or other information
from a minor (any person under the age of 18 or such other age as local law
defines as a minor) who is not personally known to you, including but not
limited to any of the following: full name or last name, home address, zip/postal
code, telephone number, picture, or the names of the minor's school, church,
athletic team or friends.
- AdandSell User a Posting advertising Content, picture that defame, abuses
or threatens physical harm to others or yourself
Warranties, Liability

without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including (but not limited
to) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose,
or non-infringement of third party rights. While the information provided is

shall AdandSell be liable to any person for any special, indirect or consequential
damages relating to this material, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional
misconduct. AdandSell is not responsible for the products, contents, and advertising
of websites that are maintained by third parties or by you and therefore waives
its liability for any links from this website to other websites.

- AdandSell reserves the right to send you certain communications relating

and the AdandSell Newsletter, that are considered part of your Adandsell Account,
without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
- You can delete your AdandSell Account by contacting Adandsell administrator.
Your AdandSell information might possibly remain in our archived records after
your account has been deleted.

your experience on the Adandsell Network, including to operate and improve offerings

network providers, including Advertising, to help them deliver more relevant
