Question 1. What is AdandSell?

Answer 1. AdandSell is a point where Buyers and Sellers meet. AdandSell is a complete package for your Online Advertising and Shopping. We have moved forward from traditional Photo Online Shopping to new Video Shopping. AdandSell is first of its kind introducing Video Advertising and Shopping Online and that's also for Free. We have created a new interactive method of Online Shopping by posting Video Ads. Just by uploading Videos of Products that you want to sell, can give a much better idea to Buyers of what they are actually buying. Plus you can also attach one Image of your Product along with the Video.

Question 2. What is the Cost and Limitation of Placing an Ad with AdandSell?

Answer 2. Advertising of One Video for each Product and One Photo for the same is totally Free with AdandSell. Also it is the maximum Limit provided by AdandSell at this stage.
Limitation of each File size uploaded to AdandSell is maximum 4MB for Video (FLV File) and Photo (JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF) both. Please note that it is under consideration by AdandSell for increasing the Limit in near future.
Flash Video File (FLV Format) is only accepted Format for any Video Advertising.

Question 3. How to do Advertising & Shopping with AdandSell?

Answer 3.AdandSell has created a new interactive method of Online Shopping through Videos. You are just 2 Steps away of Video Advertising & Shopping. Just by uploading Videos of Products you want to sell, can give a much better idea to Buyers of what they are actually Buying. This indeed helps in Buyers decision making and improves Sales.
This is very simple, just Register with AdandSell and start selling Products on your Virtual Shop!!!!

Step 1. Register
In order to Buy or Sell Goods, you will be required to Register on Ad & Sell which is very SIMPLE...EASY & FREE !!!!
Just click Members Registration on any AdandSell Web Page and enter your Contact Details etc. in Registration Form. Select your User Id & Password
Once you submitted the completed Form, you will receive an E-Mail notifying that you have become Registered Member of AdandSell confirming your Username and Password. Straight away you can enjoy AdandSell Free Services like Buying, Selling. We won't publish your email address due to the fact it's too easy to get spammed.

Step 2. Log In
After creating Account with Ad & Sell, once you Log In, you should be able to access My Account, where you can manage your Account, Products, Orders and Payment Details.

By clicking on My Products, you can Create / Modify / Delete Products that you want to Sell.
When you Add Products, you can actually Upload Videos (FLV Format only) of the Products that you want to sell. To provide more details to Buyers, you can add the Product to the Product category / sub-category, edit Product description, Price, Quantity in Stock, Preferred Payment Method, Postage costs etc.
You can view all your Orders simply by clicking on My Orders.
Registered Buyers can simply click on Video of Products they are interested to Buy and get a better look of what they are going to Buy.

Question 4. How to convert AVI, MPEG, Quicktime, Windows Media Video into Flash Video (FLV) Format File?

Answer 4. This is very Easy. RIVA FLV Encoder is one of the Free Software available on Internet to download to convert AVI, MPEG, Quicktime, Windows Media Video into FLV Format Video File. Free Version - You can download it from RIVA website or www.download.com

• Step 1. After downloading the Software, Browse to the Video File which you want to convert to FLV- in Input Video Column and Select it.
• Step 2. Set the Destination File by using Browse Button in Output Directory and check the Destination File Name. Set the Movie Size to 320x240 on Right Hand Side.
• Step 3. Click on Encode and once the File is converted, it will come up as - Encode Successful.
• Step 4. You can browse to Converted File in destined Folder to be Played or Uploaded as FLV.

Question 5. How to Buy Products with AdandSell?

Answer 5. Only Registered Buyers can buy Products at AdandSell. How to Register with AdandSell has already been answered in Question 3.

Step 1. Search
After Logging In, you can either Browse through Product Categories for the Products you are after. Or can simply enter the Keywords of the specific Product that you are looking for in AdandSell Search / Advanced Search column and hit the SEARCH Button on Home Page.
Our Search Engine will give you the all the listings of Products available that you are interested in. You can click on Images or Videos to view the Products listed by Sellers.
Step 2. Product Review
Please review the Product carefully that you are interested in and want to buy. Read the Product description, Payment method, Delivery costs, Return policy & Warranty. If you have any further questions about the Product, Contact the seller directly via E-Mail before clicking - Buy It. Your E-Mail Address will be published to Seller when you click - Buy It or when you contact Seller.
Step 3. Payment
Buyers deals with Sellers direct. AdandSell is not the middleman between Buyers and Sellers and hence not responsible for Deals / Transactions between Buyers and Sellers at this stage. Buyers pays directly to Seller via Payment method chosen by Seller. Payment Methods could be Paypal, NetBank Transfer, Bank Deposit, Money Order, Credit Card etc.
As soon as you make the Payment to Seller via his preferred Method, he should ship the Products to you. Please make sure you provide correct Address details to the Seller. Please note that by using Pay Pal method your Financial details will not be shared with Seller and it is easier, quicker and safer way of making Online payments.

Question 6. How to Sell Products at AdandSell?

Answer 6. Only Registered Sellers can sell Products at AdandSell. How to Register with AdandSell has already been answered in Question 3.

Step 1. Prepare an Ad

Take nice and clear Photo / Video of your Product. Try to cover almost every angle of the Item you want to Sell, please remember Photo / Video must be appealing to Buyers to get as many responses. We only accept Photos in JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF files format and Video can only be uploaded in FLV File Format (as explained in Question 4). Please make a precise and clear Product Description to make it easier for Buyers.
Upload the Photo / Video of Product to AdandSell by clicking - Add Product to be viewed by Buyers.

Step 2. Add the Product. Steps as follows:

• Log In to My Account
• Select the Category & Sub Category of Product
• Add the Product Description
• Select the Currency (AUD, USD etc.)
• Edit Price of Product - Tick is includes GST or Not?
• Edit Quantity of Product in Stock
• Edit Post Costs
• Browse the Video File or Photo File to be uploaded in your PC and Select it.
  Note: - Please Note that one File either Video or Photo can be Uploaded at once. Please don't try 2 Files at same time.
• Tick the Payment Option you accept or specify in Other Column
• Enter Payment Instructions which will be only shown to Buyer.
• Add the Product.

You can Modify your Product by clicking on My Products and then Modify.
You can Delete your Product by clicking on My Products and then Delete.

Sellers can follow trend of Price fixed by other Sellers for similar Products. Your E-Mail Address will be published to the Buyer who clicks Buy it on your Product. Buyers may contact you directly for if they have any further Questions about Product.

Question 8. What are the recommendations of AdandSell to its Users in regards to Online Shopping Protection?

Answer 8. AdandSell is a secured Website. Symbol of padlock indicates that you are visiting a secured Website. AdandSell encrypts all information until receiver decrypts, we use 128-bit encryption for security purposes.

1. Please go through AdandSell privacy and policy statement to learn about information collected about Users and how will be used.
2. We recommend Users only to give their Bank Account / Payment details when they are ready to make purchases. Check with sellers if extra charges like taxes, shipping, duties and handling are applicable.

4. It is highly recommended that your User Id and Password are two distinct entries to avoid any Frauds.
5. We recommend you to never share your Account Details with anyone.

7. AdandSell Vulgar Language Policy prohibits User IDs and passwords containing language that is sexually explicit, obscene or vulgar. Racially or ethnically offensive. Abuses others or represents violence. Exploits any minor.
